Wintra Cain, BS, IMH-E® and Kathryn Sims, MA, LMSW, IMH-E®
Wintra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Level II Infant Mental Health Endorsement. Wintra is a certified Parents as Teachers parent educator and has been employed in Newaygo, Branch and Hillsdale counties. She has been working as a home-visitor serving vulnerable young children and their families for the past 16 years and is currently employed as an Early Childhood Specialist for the Early Head Start program in Hillsdale County, MI.
Kathryn Sims is a supervisor for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Services at The Guidance Center in Southgate, Michigan. She earned a M.A. from The Ohio State University and did extensive additional graduate work at OSU and at Michigan State University. Her experience is in program development of early intervention, parenting, child care expulsion prevention, and infant mental health services. She has a special interest in very young children who bite.
