Andrea Bricker MA, LPC
Andrea Bricker is a home based supervisor and clinician who has been employed at Integro, a private behavioral health agency that provides mental health services to children and families in Jackson and Hillsdale counties, since 2013.
Previously Andrea was the Coordinator of the Parents as Teachers home visiting program. She received her Masters Degree from Siena Heights University in 1994.
Andrea has been committed to infant mental health for many years. She is endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH E. IV) and is the President of the Jackson-Hillsdale Infant Mental Health Chapter
Andrea is a lifelong resident of Hillsdale County. She has been married for 34 years, is mother to 4 grown children and “Grammie” to three young children.
Ula Sky Rutan, MA, LPC
Ula Sky Rutan is a Home Based Clinician providing clinical professional counseling at Integro of Hillsdale since April of 2014. She has a rich background that includes 18 years of customer service in a variety of settings, including operating a small daycare in her home for over six years. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Siena Heights University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling. While attending Siena Heights University she was awarded the Business Student of the Year Award and the Outstanding Counseling Student of the Year.
She was endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH E. III) in 2017 and is the current Secretary of the Jackson-Hillsdale Infant Mental Health Chapter
Ula was born and raised in Michigan in a blended family that includes five siblings, her mother, father, and stepmother. She has been married to Brian Rutan for 10 years and reports that his support and love are amazing. He is one of her biggest inspirations in life and makes her laugh daily. Their family includes son, Lance, 8 years-old, and stepson, Cody Rutan, who is 21 years old. Ula enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, dirt bike riding, nature walking, and playing in the snow.
