Vickie Novell is a reflective supervisor, consultant and trainer in southeast Michigan. She works at The Guidance Center in Southgate, Michigan, where she is an Infant and Early Childhood Supervisor and the clinical supervisor of the Circle of Caring Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation program. She has worked in early childhood for more than 15 years in a variety of roles, including as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant in the State of Michigan Child Care Expulsion Prevention Program. She is passionate about preschool IMH work as well as work in the classroom with teachers. She is endorsed as a mentor for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health through the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health.
