Sarah E. Shea, PhD, LMSW, IMH-E® (IV) and Ashley McCormick, LMSW, IMH-E® (III)

Sarah E. Shea, PhD, LMSW, IMH-E® (IV) is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Shea teaches in both the BSW and MSW programs, including graduate level infant mental health practice courses. Dr. Shea's research focuses on reflective supervision, infant mental health training, and infant mental heath practice with children in foster care. Ashley McCormick, LMSW, IMH-E®, is the Endorsement Coordinator for the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health and works to promote a competent and adequately supported workforce in the infant and family filed. Her professional experience includes infant mental health home visiting in Detroit/Wayne and Muskegon Counties.
