Ira is a fully licensed psychologist in private practice working with toddlers and preschoolers evidencing severe mood dysregulation. He co-leads the Infant and Early Childhood Doctoral Program at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. He has published 2 books with Stanley Greenspan on mood swings and bi-polar patterns in young children.
